On Monday 22nd January, Richard Harrington MP invited Constitution Minister Chloe Smith MP to Watford to discuss new voting rules that are currently being trialled in Watford. 

On Monday 15 January 2018, Richard Harrington MP welcomed children from St Anthony's Primary School to Parliament for a Q&A and a tour.

Richard Harrington MP organises FREE tours of Parliament for Watford residents. 

These are evening tours of Westminster palace, with a coach leaving from a location in Watford.

This week it was confirmed that West Herts Hospitals Trust is moving out of special measures, after making sustained improvements in the services they provide. This is a huge achievement, and testament to the hard working staff who should all be very proud today.

On 15 December 2017, Richard Harrington MP visited St Michael Catholic High School’s to formally reopen the astroturf facility, which was resurfaced over the Summer holidays. The MP for Watford was joined by Year 7 students as he cut the ribbon.

On Sunday 10th December 2017, Abellio take over the West Coast Main Line which includes services from Watford Junction to London Euston, and the Abbey Line.

Tax-free childcare is now available for families whose youngest child is under six.

On Sunday 3rd December, Watford MP Richard Harrington joined hundreds of runners for the Santa Dash in Cassiobury Park. 

Runners took part in either a 1K or 5K race, to raise money for Watford Mencap. 

Mr Harrington was the official starter for both races.
