Dear Resident of Watford,

As I begin my final day as your Member of Parliament, I wish to express that I am immensely thankful for having had the privilege to serve our community. It has been a great honour to have represented you in Parliament for nearly a decade.

I’ve been lobbying the Government for total redevelopment of Watford General Hospital ever since I first became Watford’s Member of Parliament in 2010.

Earlier this year Richard Harrington welcomed Daniel Bernard to Parliament for a tour and a chat over a cup of tea.

Dear Prime Minister, 

Richard Harrington MP is looking for Watford’s cutest dog to celebrate both the passing of Finn’s law, and The Animal Welfare Sentencing Bill.

Yesterday evening Richard Harrington MP hosted 60 constituents on a tour of Parliament.

A local NHS team nominated by Richard Harrington MP has won an award recognising the excellent service that they provide to patients in West Hertfordshire.

Rt Hon Nick Gibb MP, Minister of State at the Department for Education, visited two schools in Watford and welcomed impressive exam results, as well as keen focus on student wellbeing. 

Residents of Tannerswood welcomed local MP, Richard Harrington, to their home to thank him for his support this year. 

Richard Harrington MP has nominated the Carer Support Team at Watford General Hospital for an NHS Parliamentary Award in recognition of the fantastic work they do supporting over 5,500 carers every year.
